Canadian PM takes a gamble

News broke on Sunday that Canadian Prime Minister, Stephen Harper, had announced a snap general election for 14 October 2008. He wants a renewed mandate to steer the country through tough economic times.

As a 5 T'ai Chi Star, Harper will always be a natural leader and one to take the helm for any crisis.

His potential opposition will come from Liberal party leader, Stéphane Dion, a 9 Fire Star. These are always charismatic leaders like: Churchill, Clinton or Tito.

In 2008 the 5 T'ai Chi Star is in the South, representing fame and recognition, whereas the 9 Fire Star is in the South East, signalling rapid growth.

However, in 2009, Harpers' Star moves to the North: cold and winter, but Dion's will move to the T'ai Chi centre - depicting change and rebirth.
